You are required to choose an experience where you have observed positive professional values being implemented by other members of the healthcare team.

You will need to use Driscoll's reflective model to reflect on the situation where you observed positive professional values being implemented to provide safe and effective care.

The purpose of this, is to enable you to explore values based health care. This essay can be written in the First Person or Passive voice….but there will still be a requirement for academic writing and referencing within this essay.
